In 2009 graduated from the Academy of Public Administration with bachelor’s degree. In 2010 was a research fellow in the field of foreign investment law at East European Law Institute, Christian-Albrecht-University of Kiel, Germany. In 2013 received his master’s degree from Baku State University.
In 2011-2015 worked as a junior lawyer, lawyer and senior lawyer at EKVITA Legal & Tax Services.
In 2015 with his partner founded FARUK Legal & Tax Services.
Mostly specialized in corporate, tax, customs, contract, IT and telecommunication, financial markets and intellectual property related matters.
Fluent in Turkish, Russian and English and has basic knowledge of Arabic and German.
